2012 Software Update InformationMinimize

An update containing the 2012 payroll tax tables including the employee FICA set at 4.2% is being shipped this week to all clinics using the payroll module. We will continue to monitor congressional activity/inactivity with regard to payroll withholding and will issue updates as needed to keep your tax tables in compliance.

The full2012 update will be released in batches beginning January 10, 2012 with all updates shipped no later than February 1, 2012.

Update Available

Release date 12/26/2011 is available for downloading.  This update includes payroll tax tables for 2012. Anyone with a software support date in 2012 is eligible to download this update.  Download eligibility reflects payments received through 12/26/2011 and will be refreshed each evening to include payments received that day.

CDs containing the 12/26/2011 payroll only update will be mailed 12/27/2011 to all clinics known to be using the payroll module. 

The 2012 software update containing the unlimited reminders and other enhancements is in the final stages of testing at 4 clinics and will be mailed in batches starting on January 10, 2012.
